I would drop the Voc. Rehab and convert to the Post 911 GI-Bill if I were you. It's just overall better at the moment.

That is also provided you qualify for the full amount. I am sure a bunch of NG/Reserve folks won't get it paid at 100% so they need to look at the rules and not a blanket statement.
